I expected a pleasant stay but faced issues with dirty rooms and a chaotic pool area. The cleanliness was lacking, and the noise was disruptive. It was difficult to relax with the unsupervised children and fights in the pool. The breakfast was a letdown, with long wait times and limited options.

The location is perfect, just across from a mall and some tasty restaurants. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids. They loved the mini arcade. Only bummer? No free water bottles in the room, just the ice machine in the hallway.
